Rotary Service Public Charitable Trust
Rotary Service Public Charitable Trust (RSPCT) was formed on 9th December, 1961 with the intention of raising funds for the Club to have its own premises. The then Board of Directors of Rotary Club of Bombay West felt that to have meaningful existence and impactful community service projects, premises for the Club were essential. In 1965, the Club built and created Rotary Service Centre with the fund raising drive launched by RSPCT. Since then, RSPCT has been on the forefront for raising funds and has built a sizeable corpus to carry out charitable activities within the spectrum of its objectives in close association with the Club.
The main objects of the Trust are :
- Medical Relief
- Spread of Education
- Poverty Alleviation
The initial Settlors of the Trust were Late Rtn.D.m.Desai, Late Rtn.Prabhu V. Mehta and Late Rtn.Chatturbhuj N. Thacker.
Currently, following Past Presidents of Rotary Club of Bombay West constitute the Board of Trustees of RSPCT :
